Our honey is 100% Pure and Raw and is produced in the Missouri River Valley in Salix, Iowa. Primarily containing Goldenrod and Clover, our honey is rich in pollen that will help with allergies you have when these flowers are in bloom. We lightly strain our honey to get any debris out but keep pollen in ensuring the most health benefits possible — We also prevent loss of enzymes that are present in honey that offer great health benefits by never allowing our honey to reach a temperature over 100 degrees.
